All schools provided training on both technical and complementary skills. Regarding the technical part, the first school was mainly devoted to basic remote sensing principles, GNSS signals, GNSS-R, flight formation and mission design, and satellite subsystems. The second school focused on electromagnetic and antenna aspects, then covering topics related to radiation, scattering, antennas and interferometry. The third school was devoted to specific features of microwave circuits for space applications, including the design of several components, how to control formation flights and how to synchronize for positioning. The last school covered a wide variety of topics, such as GNSS SDR in space, Bayesian techniques for GNSS-R and astronomy, CubeSat precise orbit determination, GNSS mission design, and drone-borne ground penetrating radar.
