GLITTER School 1: Remote sensors and small-satellites systems for Earth Observation
The GLITTER training started off with the first GLITTER school held at ICE-CSIC, Barcelona, Spain, from 25th to 29th November 2024. The objective topics of the schools was providing students the basic principles of remote sensing in general, GNSS signals and GNSS reflectometry (GNSS-R), in addition to an overview of flight formation and mission design, satellite subsystems and some of the relevant applications (e.g., hydrology). The sessions included theory and hands-on practices.
