Filippo Torrisi
Research Area:
Multi-frequency GNSS-R signal processing
Bio:
Hello, my name is Filippo Torrisi, I am a PhD researcher in Aerospace Engineering at ISAE-Supaero. My work focuses on signal processing, aiming at enhance the resolution of GNSS-R signals leveraging the properties of a swarm of satellites. As of this moment my research is focused on studying the Cramér-Rao Bound, Doppler effect, with noise distributions beyond the normal model. I hold a Master’s degree in Statistical Sciences from the University of Bologna and a double degree in Computational Sciences from USI Switzerland. Previously, I worked as a Software Engineer in the flight department at Leonardo in Milan. My research interest are in statistical signaling, and technology related to Aerospace Engineering.
