Charlotte Priestley
Research Area:
Advanced Bayesian analysis and optimisation
Bio:
Charlotte Priestley is a PhD student in Astrophysics at the Institute of Astronomy, University of Cambridge (UK). She holds a BA and MSci in Astrophysics from Cambridge, where she specialised in theoretical physics and statistical methods for astronomy. Her previous has focused on information theory, Bayesian inference, and machine learning techniques for problems in cosmology and gravitational-wave astronomy.
She is currently working with Polychord Ltd. as part of the GLITTER project to develop advanced Bayesian optimisation frameworks for next-generation GNSS-R CubeSat constellations.
